Subscription Period
You purchase a recurring subscription. After the first prepaid period expires, the subscription will automatically renew for another equivalent subscription period until you cancel it.
Your subscription will be activated as soon as your payment is processed. You can order your subscription here. Digital access will be created immediately. The login details will be sent to the email address you provided once the order is completed.
If you order a Flex or Total subscription, which includes delivery of the print edition to your address, a processing time of 2-3 working days is to be expected after completing your order. Until you receive the first newspaper in your mailbox, you can read it digitally. Your login details have been sent to the email address you provided during the order process.
Business Customers
If you are a business customer, you can pay via invoice/EAN. Please contact the subscription department by email or phone.
Payment
All subscription prices are stated in DKK (incl. VAT).
You purchase a recurring subscription. After the first prepaid period expires, the subscription will automatically renew for another equivalent subscription period until you cancel it.
An environmental surcharge will be added to the set subscription price for print products.
Subscription (Monthly)
If you sign up for a monthly subscription, the first month will be charged immediately on the date you placed the order. Subsequent billing will occur monthly.
Subscription (Quarterly)
If you sign up for a quarterly subscription, the first quarter will be charged immediately on the date you placed the order. Subsequent billing will occur every 3 months (one quarter).
Subscription (Semi-Annual)
If you sign up for a semi-annual subscription, the first six months will be charged immediately on the date you placed the order. Subsequent billing will occur every 6 months.
Subscription (Annual)
If you sign up for an annual subscription, the first year will be charged immediately on the date you placed the order. Subsequent billing will occur every 12 months.
Marketing Consent
When purchasing a subscription, you have the option to consent to receive newsletters and marketing materials from us. This consent is entirely voluntary and does not affect your subscription, regardless of whether you choose to give your consent or not.
By subscribing to newsletters, you give us permission to send you relevant offers, information about new products, and updates regarding our services.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of a newsletter or by contacting our customer service at abonnement@ftgruppen.dk.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your permission.
We value your trust and ensure that you only receive information that is relevant and of interest to you.

Payment and Security
All stated prices are guideline prices incl. VAT.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as your receipt and proof of payment.
For card payments, the QuickPay payment system is used, which securely stores your card details for subscription payments.
Delivery
Folketidende is delivered within the publication area (Lolland-Falster) by its own couriers or carriers. In some areas, the newspaper is picked up from Folketidende’s newspaper boxes.
If you order a subscription with newspaper delivery, it may take up to 3 working days for you to receive the first newspaper after your order is completed. Once your order is processed, you will receive your digital login, which can be used immediately.
Right of Complaint/Right of Withdrawal
As a subscriber, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year right of complaint.
Below you will find the standard withdrawal form, which can be used to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation
Subscriptions with a payment interval of 1, 3, or 6 months cannot be canceled during the first subscription period after the withdrawal right has expired.
After this, the subscription can be canceled with a minimum notice of 1 month at the end of a calendar month.
Subscriptions with a 12-month payment interval can be canceled after 6 months with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month.

Complaints

Choice of Law and Disputes
By purchasing on Folketidende.dk, you acknowledge that any disputes between you and Lolland-Falsters Folketidende A/S regarding the above terms, etc., will be resolved under Danish law in Danish courts.
To enter into an agreement with us, we need and store the following information:
Digital Subscription: Name, phone number, email address, and payment details.
Subscription with Newspaper Delivery: Name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details.
We collect your personal data to deliver the subscription or newspaper to you.
The personal data is registered and stored in our subscription system and accounting system.
By using Folketidende.dk, you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the storage of information about your transactions and activities on our platforms. Read more in our Privacy Policy here.
Copying or manipulating order confirmations, etc., is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability and Reservations
Folketidende reserves the right to change these terms at any time. If changes significantly affect you as a previous purchaser, you will be notified via email. The current terms will always be available in an updated version on Folketidende.dk.
We strive to ensure that our websites are available around the clock but cannot guarantee that the pages are fully functional and error-free at all times for various reasons. Folketidende is not liable for any consequences of using the websites, such as damage to your computer system or data loss.
